Bicycle Registration

To have your bicycle registered all you have to do is call to make an appointment with P.P. Christine Goddard at 1-718-845-2223. It's free and only takes a few minutes to do. Please remember that the wearing of a helmet is also required for children 14 years and younger for not only bicycles, but now also for scooters.
